GКомпанія GOSTER представляє новий інноваційний просіювач для рециклінгу, що забезпечує ефективну роботу з багатьма різними видами відходів. Установка розроблена в рамках проекту дофінансування за рахунок Європейських фондів. Номер проєкту POIR.01.01.01-00-0390/15,
- Type of vibration can be customized (thanks to an innovative screening machine vibrator made by our company),
- tilt angle of the screening machine vibrator can be adjusted accordingly,
- one may choose an appropriate screen: either a steel one, slip slow, or use both at the same time.
One can change the setting regarding the frequency, features concerning nominal axial strength, as well as to install the screens in two separate areas, which enables for effective screening of mixed materials.
By using a unique patented technology of double screening (TPP) one can accelerate the works of the screen by 70 g. In the standard screening machines the acceleration rate on the screen is around 5g.
Due to swift acceleration as well as proper screens stretching during the operation time there is no clogging on the screens, whilst customer friendly construction enables to customize features and operational data intuitively.
