Beginnings and the history of our company

Our company was born out of the need for an exceptional collaboration, experience and practical skills along with the modern engineering knowledge, constructive imagination and an unrestrained desire to create.

The most experienced employees of our company come from well-known Polish plants manufacturing machines and equipment for the industry. The youngest are graduates of the Faculty of the Mechanical Engineering at the UTP University of Science and Technology in Bydgoszcz.

Our humble beginnings

2003

Our company was established as a combination of experience and practical skills with modern engineering knowledge, constructive and unrestrained desire to create. The main activity at that time was designing and constructing machines and various equipment for the mining and food industry.

In 2004, before Poland's accession to the European Union, we have decided to change the company's leading manufacturing direction. At that time we saw the greatest opportunities for our company's development  in the dynamically developing market of the food industry.

Between the years 2004-2007 we have experienced a dynamic growth of the company, implementation of new products was in full bloom, and the increase in the quantity of orders was more than 100% each following year.

In 2008, we have decided to increase the share in the production of machines and equipment for the mining industry. In collaboration with the experienced engineers from the largest companies producing machines for the mining industry, we have engaged in the process of designing and producing a new line of crushers that met the expectations of clients and in compliance with the most stringent European Union standards.

In 2009, we have started doing business with a leading company from Australia designing screening machines.  Thanks to this cooperation we were able to offer wider variety of screens.

The years 2010-2011 were devoted to a systematic development of the company towards manufacturing mining machines as well as acquiring new customers. We have started collaborating with cement plants, international corporations, chemical plants, wind farms, coal depots and research institutions. At the beginning of 2010, we have started teaming up with a company from India for which we have consistently made designs of crushers, screening machines and designed technological lines.

The year 2012 accounted for our further dynamic development. Thanks to the steady flow and the significant increase in orders, our company was able to modernize and purchase machines allowing for manufacturing large-scale machining components, among others: vertical turning and boring mill- with an available turning diameter up to 4000 [mm], we have also bought universal lathes that allowed turning parts as large as up to 1000 [mm] in diameter and up to 6000 [mm] in length. In mid-2012, we have moved to a new location, at the moment we have two  production halls  for our needs with 1300 square meters of work space.

2013 was another year related to the company's added progress, we have received a subsidy from the European Union allotted to implement a B2B system aimed at improving our company's collaboration with suppliers and customers. We have expanded our machine park with new machinery and equipment: the most important of them is the geared head milling and drilling machine with table dimensions of 1250x1160 along with a chamber for glass blasting various elements. In 2013, we have introduced two more new machines into our offer: tube mills and flip flow screens with a patented double toss system.

In 2014 we have fully completed the implementation of the B2B project. We have also introduced an innovative computer system for supervising the production, service and operations of machines manufactured by our company, continuously making sure to provide the highest quality of our final products, continuity of delivering replacement parts on time and new delivering parts to our customers as well as providing customer oriented long-term technical support. In 2014, we introduced another type of machine - vertical shaft impact crushers (VSI) – a surge Crusher.  The constant development  and growth of GOSTER was possible not only due to implementing the new machines and technologies, but also because of the steady increase in employment and in the number of machines sold from year to year.

Between 2015-2018 we have received a grant from the Operational Program Intelligent Development 2014-2020.
Project’s title: Production and development of an innovative gearless screen vibrator model along with a screen for waste recycling. As a part of this project a team of recognized scientists and experts was appointed. In the headquarters of our company, we have created a test stand for the needs of the project and increased our machine park by: vibration frequency transducing analyzer, strain gauge measurement sets, two CNC lathes and a water cutting box. Increasing the machine park count and creating a research team was also associated with an increase in hiring new employees - 6 people have joined our group. At that time we have also enriched our offer with new types of static separators and sieve mills. Obtaining the new machines enabled us to perform research in the field of machines’ analytics and steel structures.
